INGREDIENTS
4 to 5 tomatoes
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 green chili ( chopped )
Salt as per taste
Half glass of water
Coriander leaves for garnishing
METHOD
1) cut tomatoes in square shape
2) then take a pan. Pour some oil in it.
3) put ginger paste and cumin seeds, stir it for a while. Add tomatoes, green chili and all dry masalas.
4) slow the flame, cover the lid and leave it for 10 to 15 min
5) after 15 min add water and leave it for more 10 min.
6) garnish it with coriander leaves
7) yummy tomato chatni is ready to serve...
SERVE IT WITH RICE OR CHAPATI......
