INGREDIENTS
■ 1/4 cup suji
■ 3/4 cup maida
■ 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
■ 1/2 tsp black pepper
■ salt as per taste
■ Water for kneading dough
■ oil
METHOD
1) Mix meida, suji, salt, black pepper.
2) add 1 tsp oil in this mixture and knead a smooth dough.
3) leave it for 20 min.
4) Now take a karahi, fill it with oil.
5) roll a chapati, take a small size KATORI for shape.
6) wrap this chapati on the KATORI ( see the pic 2)
7) deep fry this with KATORI. After few min remove the KATORI
8) turn it until it changes the colour ( see the pic 6)
9) For filling i used beans, yogurt, chat masala , sav, red chili and salt.....
