POHA

INGREDIENTS

■ half  medium bowl POHA

■ 1 small bowl chopped carrot

■ little quantity of peas

■ 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds (rai)

■ 1/2 tsp Turmeric  ( haldi )

■ 1 small bowl of sav

■ 1 chopped green chili

■ red chili powder as per taste

■ salt as per taste

■ oil

METHOD

1) soak the POHA for 10 min

2) take a pan. Put some oil in it. Add carrot and peas. Cook it for few minutes. Add all dry masalas.

3) cover the pan. Leave it until the aroma comes out and veggies get soften.

4) drain the water of POHA.

5) add it in to ready veggies.

6) leave it for 5 min.

7) after 5 min check it. If it's not ready so leave it for more 5 min.

8) put the ready POHA in a bowl

9) garnish it with sav and lemon.....
