Aaloo mayo paratha

INGREDIENTS

● 2 boiled potatoes

● 1 tsp corn flour

● 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds

● 1 tsp chat masala

● 1 tsp amchoor

● 1 green chili

● 1/2 tsp red chili powder

● 1 tsp bread crumbs

● salt as per taste

● 1 small bowl mayo

● 1 small bowl ketchup

● 1 bowl wheat flour

● water

● oil

METHOD

1) peel potatoes and smash them well

2) Mix all masalas  ( salt, chilies,  amchoor,  cumin seeds, corn flour,  bread crumbs )

3) make a cutlet on nonstick pan.

4) knead a plan dough. Make lachha paratha.

5) in half, first put cutlet then spread mayonnaise and ketchup.

5) fold it and have it.....
