So here is the recipe of MOONG CHAT....
INGREDIENTS
1 bowl boil moong
1/2 bowl yogurt
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt as per taste
1 green chili ( chopped )
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato ( optional )
Sav for garnishing
METHOD
■ Take a bowl.
■ Mix all ingredients together up to your taste.
■ Garnish it with sav.
■ Your yummy, healthy MOONG CHAT is ready....
