LOTUS STEM ( BHEY )

INGREDIENTS

■ 1 kg stem lotus( bhey ) 

■ 3 medium size tomatoes
■ 1 small piece of ginger
■ 2 green chilli 
■ 1 teaspoon cumin seed ( jeera)
■ 1 teaspoon turmeric ( haldi )
■ 2 teaspoon coriander powder
■  salt as per teste
■ coriander leaves for garnishing 

METHOD 


1) peel the lotus stem ( bhey ) 


2) cut it in round shape or you can cut slices too. 


3) boil them in pressure cooker. 


4) Now take a pan, put oil in it then add cumin seed 


5) when seeds changes its colour add tomatoes. leave it for 10 min. 


5) Now add lotus stem ( bhey ) and all dry masalas. cover the pan and leave it more 10 min. 


6) after 10 min your dish will be ready to serve..
