Kareely ki subzi

INGREDIENTS

● Kareely 1 small bowl
● Tomatoes 2 small size
● Green chilli 1 or 2
● Salt as per teste
● Turmeric 1 teaspoon
● Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
● Red chilli as per teste
● Coriander leaves for garnishing

METHOD

♤ Peel the kareely,  put some salt in it after 1 hour wash it with water and remove all salt. This method will decrease it's bitterness.

♤ Now deep fry the kareely

♤ Cut tomatoes

♤ Take a pan. Put oil in it. Now add tomatoes and cook it for 5 min

♤ Add all dry masalas and fried kareely.

♤ leave it for 15 min

♤ Garnish it with coriander leaves

♤ The bitter kareely have now turned into a testy dish..
