METHI AALOO

INGREDIENTS

● Methi: 2 small bowl
● Potatoes: 2 small size
● coriander leaves: half small bowl
● Tomatoes: 3 medium size
● Green chilli; 2 or 3 as per teste
● Red chilli as per as
● Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
● Ginger: small piece
● Salt: as per teste
● Oil: 2 tablespoon


METHOD

■ Chop the methi
■ boil the potatoes and peel them
■ cut tomatoes and chilli
■ Chop ginger
■ Now take a pan. Put some oil in it. Add ginger. When ginger changes its colour put methi. 
■ Slow the flame. cover the pan. After 10 min you may add  potatoes. leave it for 5 min. 
■ Now trun to put tomatoes and green chilli in it. place all dry masalas, leave it for more 10 min. After 10 to 15 min your dish will be ready
■ Garnish with coriander leaves.  
■ Serve with garam chapati....
