HARA BHARA KABAB

• Green pees 100 gm
• Potatoes 3 medium
• Capsicum 200 gm
• Green chilli 2 or 3
• Bottle gourd 1/2
• Paneer 50 gm
• Salt as per teste
• Cornflour 2 tablespoon
• Maida 1 tablespoon
• Roasted peanut 2 teaspoon
• Coriander leaves
• oil

METHOD

■ peel all veggies
■ boil them in a pressure cooker
■ in malmal cloth drain the water completely
■ now take a bowl mix all boiled veggies and crushed paneer on it.
■ put all masalas and maida
■ make small size tikees
■ dip tikees in cornfloor
■ deep fry it
■ serve hot with ketchup or green chatni
