BUTTER PANEER

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 medium size onion 
  • 2 medium size tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera) 
  • 1/4 spoon turmeric 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste 
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste 
  • 1 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste 
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 
  • 2 minced green chili 
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder 
  • 2 teaspoon butter 
  • 2 tablespoon oil 
  • Paneer cubes (as much as you want) 

       METHOD

  • First chop the onions and tomatoes.
  • Take a pan and pour the oil in it and let it heat.
  • Now add pastes of ginger and garlic in it.
  • Add chopped onions and tomatoes in it and let it cook until it's colour turns slightly brown.
  • Now add all those spices that are mentioned above.
  • Let it cook for 4-5 min.
  • Now add butter on the sizzling hot gravy.
  • Add paneer cubes and leave it for abot 7 min to cook.
  • And here you go with a delicious mouth watering dish.. *BUTTER PANEER*
