Mushroom with green peas

INGREDIENTS

2 bowls of green peas

1 cane mushrooms

3 medium size tomatoes

Green chili as per taste

Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Small piece of chopped ginger

Salt as per taste

Red chili powder as per taste

Coriander leaves for garnishing

METHOD

First peel the peas and open the mushrooms cane.

Cut mushrooms in half

Now take a pan. Pour oil in it. Put chopped ginger when it changes the colour into little brown, add tomatoes.

Cover the pan for 5 to 10 min.

After 10 min add peas, mushrooms and all dried masalas.

Cook it until the pees and mushrooms get soften.

Garnish it with coriander leaves...

Serve it with hot chapati or rice....
