Cheese potato twist

INGREDIENTS

2 medium size boiled potatoes

1 bowl boil daal mong

1/4 tsp cumin seeds powder

1/2 tsp chat masala

1/2 tsp dried mango powder  ( amchoor )

Green chili and red chili powder as per taste

Salt as per taste

Cheese 1 or 2 spoons

Oil

FOR DOUGH

All purpose flour  ( meida )

Salt and water

METHOD

Smash boiled potatoes and daal

Add all dry masalas

Knead a dough. Leave it for half an hour.

Make a small Chapati, fill smashed stuff
In it

Make any shape you want.

Wrap it carefully.

Now fry it in a non stick pan. ( You can bake it in the oven)

Your yummy, spicy roll is ready

Have it with ketchup or any sauce..
