INGREDIENTS
For phulka, kneed a simple dough with wheat flour.
For green chatni
Chopped coriander leaves around 2 bowls
Chopped mint leaves (podina) 1 bowl
Green chili as per taste
Small ginger piece
Roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Tamarind

METHOD
First grind all the ingredients for green chatni.
Keep it at a side.
Make a chapati.
Slice it in to two halves. Stuff the chatni in to it.
Fold it and pour the chatni again. Now double it for once.
Now take a pan, put little amount of oil.
Put the stuffed phulka in it and cook it until it changes its colour.
After 10 min your yummy, spicy phulka will get ready...
