BATATA WADA

INGREDIENTS

● 6 medium size boils potatoes

● 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

● green chili as required

● red chili powder

● 2 tbsp dried pomegranate seeds ( anar Dana)

● 1/4 tsp black pepper

● salt as per taste

● 1 tbsp chat masala

 FOR COATING

● 2 bowls basin

● 1/4 tsp cumin seed ( baked )

● salt

● red chili powder

METHOD

● first boil the potatoes.  Peel them and smash them. Mix all dry masalas. Now keep it at a side.

● take a bowl. Make a basin batter.

● make round shaped balls of the potato mixture and dip it in the batter.

● Now fry them slightly.

● take it out and let them cool down.

● press them and fry again.

● your * BATATA WADAS* are ready to eat
