INGREDIENTS

6 Mirch

1 tsp dried mango powder (amchoor)

1 tsp chaat masala

Salt as per taste

1 bowl gram flour (basan)

1/4 cumin seed powder

Red chili powder as per taste

Oil

METHOD

1) First mix dry masalas except red chili powder. Fill mirch from this masalas.

2) take a pan. Put oil in it. Put filled mirch and leave it for few minutes. After few min turn the side.

3) Now mix basan, salt, cumin seed powder, red chili. Make a batter.

4) dip ready filled mirch in this batter and deep fry them

5) serve it with green chatni....
