INGREDIENTS
■ 2 cups rice
■ 1 bowl peas
■ 2 potatoes
■ 2 green chillies
■ 2 tomatoes
■ 1/4 tsp ginger paste
■ 1 tsp red chilli powder
■ salt as per taste
■ oil as per choice
METHOD
● soak the rice for 1 hour
● take a pan. Add oil in it. Put ginger paste.
● when the colour changes add tomatoes.
● cook it until late the tomatoes soften.
● add peas and potatoes in it and pour some water.
● now add all spices
● cover other for 15 min. After 15 min open the cover and check the veggies if they are cooked.
● now add rice.
● pour 4 cups of water. Slow the flame when the water dries.
● cook it for more 5 to 10 min.
● finally your yummy peas pulao is ready..
