FOR MANCHORIAN
YOU WILL NEED
1 small bowl chopped cabbage
1 small bowl chopped carrot
1 small bowl chopped capsicum
2 tbsp maida
1 tbsp corn floor
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Few coriander leaves
1 tbsp red chili sauce
1 green chili chopped
Salt as per taste
Water
Oil
METHOD
■ Mix all ingredients ( shopped veggies, maida, cornflour, salt, sauce.) Put some water and make small size balls.
■ Deep fry the balls. Keep it aside.
FOR GRAVY YOU WILL NEED
■ 1 chopped onion
■ 1 tsp chopped garlic
■ 2 tbsp Soya sauce
■ 2 tbsp corn flour
■ 1/2 bowl chopped carrot, cabbage, green chili.
■ oil
■ 1 glass of water
METHOD
1) First take a pan, pour some oil in it.
2) put garlic and onion.
3) Stir them well. Now add chopped veggies.
4) leave it for few min
5) Mix water and cornflour in a bowl
6) add this mixture and Soya sauce with the veggies
7) leave it more 5 min
8) Now add manchorian on the gravy
9) leave it for few min
10) your veg manchorian is ready to serve...
11) serve with fried rice or plain rice..
