Everyone knows that moong dal has alot of proteins and it's really healthy for us so here is the recipe of delicious moong daal paratha for your healthy breakfast......
LEFTOVER MOONG DAAL PARATHA
INGREDIENTS
1 bowl leftover moog daal
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 chopped green chili
salt as per taste
chopped coriander leaves
1 bowl wheat flour
oil
METHOD
1) take a bowl. put wheat flour and all above ingredients.
2) knead a smooth dough.
3) now put the tawa on the flame
4) roll a chapati, put it on tawa, pour little oil on chapati.
5) after 2 min turn the chapati.
6) cook it until both sides of paratha are ready
7) serve it with yogurt or tomato chatni........
