Masala filled lady finger ( bhendi )

INGREDIENTS

1 bowl of ladyfingers

2 tbsp coriander powder

1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds

1 tsp red chili powder

Salt as per taste

Oil

METHOD

1) Wash ladyfingers,  cut them from the center

2) Mix all masalas and fill it in the ladyfingers.

3) take a nonstick frying pan,  pour some oil in it.

4) put the masala filled ladyfingers in the pan.

5) cover the pan and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.

6) Now turn the side and leave it till the colour changes and nice aroma is being felt.

7) have it with chapati or rice.
