Dal vada curry

8 to 10 vadas

● 3 medium size tomatoes 

● 1 tsp ginger paste 

● 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 

● 3/4  tsp turmeric 

● 1/2 tsp red chili powder 

● 1/2 tsp garam masala

● Salt as per taste 

● chopped coriander leaves for garnishing 

● oil

● one cup of water

METHOD 

1) take a pan. Pour some oil in it 

2) put ginger paste, stir it for few min. Add tomatoes. 

3) cover the lid and leave it for 15 min.

4) add all dry masalas accept for garam masala

5) Now add vadas and one cup of water 

6) leave it for  more 15 min.

7) your yummy dal vada curry is ready, garnish it with coriander leaves and garam masala. 

8) serve it with hot chapati.....
