PALAK KABAB

INGREDIENTS

● 1 bowl chopped Spanich  (palak)

● 1 tbsp basan

● 1 tbsp corn floor

● 1 tsp amchoor

● 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds

● Red chili as per taste

● Green chili as per taste

● 1 tsp chat masala

● 1 small bowl bread crumbs

● salt as per taste

● oil as required

METHOD

1) Grind the chopped palak with little water

2) Mix all masalas well

3) bind it with stick in kabab shape

4) dip it in bread crumbs

5) take a pan. Pour some oil on it.

6) slightly fry the kabab

7) take our the stick and serve

8) serve it with green chatni or ketchup.
