SABIT MONG

INGREDIENTS

■ sabit mong almost 2 cups
■ 2 medium tomatoes
■ 1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
■ 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
■ red chilli powder as per teste
■ 1 or 2 green chilli ( chopped ) 
■ salt as per taste
■ oil 2 tablespoon
■ coriander leaves for garnishing 

METHOD

1) soak mong 5 to 6 hours.
2) boil the mong 
3) take a pan. put oil in it. add ginger paste when it turn into little pink colour add tomatoes. 
4) cover the pan leave it for 10 min. after 10 min add boil mong and all dry masalas 
5) leave it for more 10 min 
6) garnish it with coriander leaves...
