SPLIT BENGAL GRAM / CHANNA DAL CUTLET

DAAL CHANNA....it is a type of daal really famous in india.. it contains high amount of fiber, and can be used in many ways, i.e. for making besan by crushing it. It is also called as baby chick peas and SPLIT BENGAL GRAM. It can be presented in many ways, and I have brought a new recipe of chana daal cutlet…




INGREDIANTS

2 cups channa dal

2 small potatoes

2 tsp corn flour

1 tsp roasted cumin seeds

1 tsp amchoor

1 red chili

1/2 tsp red chili powder

2 tsp fresh bread crumbs

Salt as per taste

Chopped coriander leaves

Oil

METHOD

1) boil the daal and potatoes

2) take a frying pan.  Pour little bit oil add boil daal, potatoes and all masalas.


3) take out this mixture in a bowl and let them cool


4) make cutlets. In frying pan pour some oil, Put Cutlets in It.


5) after few minutes turn the side.


6) when its completely cooked serve it with any chatni or ketchup....
