INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg bhey
1 tbsp chat masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp salt
Oil
METHOD
1) First peel the lotus stem ( bhey )
2) boil them in cooker
3) Mix all dry masalas ( salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, chat masala )
4) when it gets boiled cut it into half and fill mixed masala in it.
5) Now press each of them individually.
6) take a nonstick frying pan. Pour some oil and put masala filled bhey on it.
7) leave it for 5 to 10 min
8) turn the side. Cook it until it changes the colour.
