            IN SINDHI WE CALL IT * BASAR JEE KOKI*
             SINDHI PEOPLE USE IT IN BREAKFAST.  EASY TO MAKE AND YUMMY TOO. WITH IT THEY USE PAPAD OR YOGURT....


INGREDIENTS

1 bowl of Wheatflour

1 chopped onion

1 green chili ( chopped )

1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp dried pomegranate

Half bowl of chopped coriander leaves

2 tbsp of yogurt

Salt as per taste

Oil

Water  if required

1) First take a bowl, put wheat flour in it.



2) in other bowl, mix onion,  roasted cumin seeds, dried pomegranate, green chili, red chili powder,  coriander leaves,  salt


3) Now add this mixture into Wheatflour.


4) add yogurt.


5) knead a dough.


6) roll a chapati


7) put it on tawa


8) pour some oil and turn the side.


9) take it off when both sides are completely cooked. Serve it with yogurt or papad  OR you can have it with any pickle
