AALOO BAINGAN ( POTATOES AND EGGPLANT RECIPE )

EGGPLANT OR BAINGAN, THIS VEGETABLE IS KNOWN TO BE THE KING OF VEGETABLES. IT CONTAINS A LOT OF NUTRIENTS. MOSTLY PEOPLE DON'T LIKE ITS TASTE BUT IF YOU WILL COOK IT WELL SO IT CAN BE  REALLY A DELICIOUS DISH.
      

                          SO HERE IS A DELICIOUS RECIPE FOR ALL OF YOU....




THINGS WE REQUIRED 

2  baingan( eggplant )

1 aaloo ( potatoes )

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp ginger paste 

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1 chopped green chili

chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

oil 

HOW  TO COOK

1) first, peel the aaloo and baingan and cut it in cube shape.

2) Now take a pressurecooker.

3) pour some oil, put ginger paste, stir it for a while

4) now add baingan and aaloo

5) slow the flame and leave it for 10 min

6) now add tomatoes and all dry masalas

7) close the lid of the cooker and wait for one whistle.

8) your delicious baingan aaloo is ready to serve

9) garnish it with coriander leaves....
