Cheese corn balls

INGREDIENTS

○ 2 bowls boil corn ( I used fresh corn )

○ 1 boil potato

○ green chili as per taste

○ 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds

○ 1/2 tsp black pepper

○ 3/4 tsp amchoor

○ 1/2 tsp chat masala

○ salt as per taste

○ 1 tbsp corn floor

○ 3 tbsp maida

○ cheese

○ 1 small bowl sawaiyan

○ water

○ oil

METHOD

1) boil potato and corns.

2) smash them and add dry masalas  ( salt, green chili, black pepper, cumin seeds, amchoor,  chat masala. )

3) Mix them well.

4) keep this mixture aside.

5) take a bowl. Make a paste of maida and water.

6) Now take some mixture of potato and corns and fill little cheese in it.

7) make balls and dip it in maida paste

8) Now dip it in raw sawaiyan

9) deep fry them and serve them with ketchup or any sauce.....
