RADISH ( MOLI ) K PARATHY

INGREDIENTS

# 1 moli ( radish )

# half capsicum or if you want so u can use green chilli

# chopped coriander leaves

# salt as per taste

# butter

# wheat flour

# water as required for kneading the dough

# oil



METHOD

• Chop the moli

• kneed plan dough

• mix all ingredients. When you will add salt in it, so it will cause little moisture.

• make a chapati and fill the mixture in it (don't forget to drain the water).

• roll it again and put it on the tawa which is already heated.

• your paratha is ready now put some butter on it.

• ( you can also fry it )
