DAL WADA

INGREDIENTS

♧ 1 cup dal moong
♧ 1/4 tsp ginger paste
♧ 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
♧ 2 green chilli or as per taste
♧ Salt as per teste
♧ coriander leaves
♧ oil

METHOD

▪ soak daal for 3 to 4 hours

▪ drain water and grind it with ingredients mentioned above

▪ daal wada batter is ready, now  take a karahi and pour oil in it.

▪ Make round balls and deep fry it.

▪ serve with green chatni or tomato ketchup...
