RICE FLOUR CREPES

INGREDIENTS

♤ 2 cups rice flour

♤ 4 cups water

♤ salt as per taste

♤ red chilli powder as per requirement

METHOD

♤ Take a bowl. Put the ingredients in it and make a batter by pouring the water in it.

♤ beat it and mix properly. (Don't make the batter too thin or too thick. )

♤ Leave this batter for 10 min

♤ pour the batter into a chapati shape on the heated tawa.

♤ cover it and leave it for 4 to 5 min on slow flame.

♤ flip it and let the other side cook.

♤ have it with yogurt and any subzi.
