# half kg bhey
# 2 medium size potatoes
# 2 green chilli
# red chilli powder ( as required to your taste)
# 1 small bowl corn flakes
# 2 tsp corn floor
# 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
# 1 tsp chaat masala
# 1 tsp lemon juice
# salt as per taste
# oil
METHOD
# boil the bhey and potatoes
# squash them together
# add all ingredients which are mentioned above
# take a non stick pan
# pour some oil in it. Let ithe heat.
# shape the batter into a cutlet ( any shape you want )
# put the cutlet in the pan. Flip it until it's crispy.
# your yummy bhey cutlet is ready. Have it with green pudina chatni or tomato be ketchup
