How to make Homemade paneer

INGREDIENTS

Half kg milk

1 small bowl of yogurt

A pinch of salt

METHOD

1) boil the milk, when it boils add yogurt and salt.

2) switch off the flame and stir it for 2 min until the water comes out.

3) drain the water.

4) your homemade paneer is ready.....

                       Step 1, boil the milk

                      Step 2, add yogurt

                     Step 3, drain the water

              YOUR HOMEMADE HEALTHY                                     PANEER IS READY
