MOONG DAAL CUTLET

INGREDIENTS

● 1 small bowl chopped onion

● 1 bowl boil moong daal

● 2 green chili

● 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin seeds

● 1/2 tbsp amchoor

● 1 tsp chat masala

● 1/2 tsp tumeric (haldi)

● salt as per taste

● oil

METHOD

1) take a pan. Put oil in it. Add onion and stir it little bit.

2) add boiled daal and all masalas.  Cover the pan and leave it for 10 min

3) after 10 min switch off the flame. Let this mixture cool down.

4) make a cutlet shape from this mixture

5) Now take a nonstick pan. Pour some oil and put cutlet and slightly fry them.

6) serve it with ketchup or any sauce...
