Lauki k kofty ( bottle gourd balls )

INGREDIENTS

1 bowl grated lauki

2 tbsp basan

1 tsp roasted cumin seeds

1 tsp chat masala

1 green chili

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp amchoor

Salt as per taste

Oil

METHOD

Take a bowl. Mix all masalas in the grated lauki

Make balls from this mixture and deep fry them.

                       Add all masalas

                            Mix it well

                          Deep fry them
