GREEN GARBANZO BEANS ( HARI BOOT ) CUTLET

INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg hari boot

2 tsp basan

1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds

1/2 tsp amchoor

1 tsp chat masala

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1 chopped green chili

Salt as per taste

Oil

METHOD

1) boil the hari boot

2) Grind them and mix all masalas ( salt,  green chili, red chili powder,  chat masala,  basan,  cumin seeds and amchoor )

3) make a cutlet from this mixture

4) take a non stick frying pan. Pour some oil and cook the cutlet until it changes the colour.

6) serve it with ketchup or any sauce.....
