INGREDIENTS
■ I bowl homemade butter
■ 1 tbsp Wheatflour
METHOD
1) First take a tawa.
2)put the bowl of butter on it.
3) reduce the flame. Leave it for 15 to 20 min. Stir it continously.
4) add Wheatflour and leave it more 5 min.
5)Now drain it
6) healthy desi ghee is ready....
