Jaggery paratha

WINTER SPECIALTY

EASY TO MAKE;

INGREDIENTS

Chopped jaggery 1 bowl

Green chili as per taste

Wheatflour

METHOD

Knead simple dough.

Make a chapati and fill chopped jaggery and green chili on one side. Now trun the side and press it with fingers. ( see the pic 4 ).

Heat up the tawa. Put jaggery paratha on it. Trun it when the one side is ready.

Put some butter when it cooks....
