INGREDIENTS
4 medium size onion
2 medium size tomatoes
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 spoon turmeric
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 minced green chili
2 teaspoon coriander powder
2 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoon oil
Paneer cubes (as much as you want)
METHOD
First chop the onions and tomatoes.
Take a pan and pour the oil in it and let it heat.
Now add pastes of ginger and garlic in it.
Add chopped onions and tomatoes in it and let it cook until it's colour turns slightly brown.
Now add all those spices that are mentioned above.
Let it cook for 4-5 min.
Now add butter on the sizzling hot gravy.
Add paneer cubes and leave it for abot 7 min to cook.
And here you go with a delicious mouth watering dish.. *BUTTER PANEER*
