AALOO CHEESE PARATHA

INGREDIENTS

▪ 3 medium size boiled potatoes
▪ 2 square cheese cubes
▪ 1/4 tsp black pepper
▪ 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
▪ Salt as per taste
▪ Wheat flour as required
▪ Water for kneading the dough
▪ Oil

METHOD

* peel the potatoes, smash the cheese with the peeled potatoes.

* Add all dry masalas now keep this aside

* Kneed the dough with water.

*Make a Chapati and fill potato cheese mixture in it.

* Now wrap it and roll it again

* Put it in the tawa with some oil ( you can also fry it ).

* Now bake it till its ready

* Garnish it with cream...
