METHI K PARATHY

INGREDIENTS

• Chopped methi  2 small bowls
• Chopped coriander leaves 1 small bowl
• Fresh milk cream 2 tablespoon
• Wheatflour 3 small bowls
• Salt as per as taste
• Green chilli 2
• Red chilli as per as taste
• Water 2 or 3 spoon

METHOD

■ Take a bowl
■ put all things together and kneed a dough. (don't add too much water )
■ Now make a chapati,  put it on the stove
■ I baked those parathas but if you want to fry, you can fry.
■ serve with yogurt or tomato chatni
